Overview
Multiple brands let you manage different customer-facing names, logos, and colors in one Workspace. Use them when your team supports more than one product or business identity, and compare them with a separate Workspace in the Customer Portal FAQs.
For a single brand, start with Workspace branding.
Create an additional brand
If 'Add brand' opens an upgrade prompt, review the available options before continuing.
Click 'Add brand'
Enter a name, upload a logo, and choose the brand color
Click 'Create brand'
The new brand appears in the brand list. Open it to edit it later; changes to existing brand fields save as you edit.
Apply a brand to customer surfaces
Brands apply to the Help Center, Messenger, and email sending. The brand marked Default supplies the Workspace's default identity, including the Customer Portal.
Customer Portal: Uses the default brand. Its theme, background, and sharing image are shared by every brand
Help Center: Choose the brand in the Help Center settings header to open its connected Help Center. If that brand has no Help Center yet, click 'Set up Help Center', then manage its content and layout as described in Configuring the Help Center
Email: Follow notification senders from the brand settings to choose its default sending address. Set up the address first
Messenger: Follow Messenger brand matching from the brand settings to choose which brand Messenger shows on each of your websites
Brand matching and custom domains are separate settings. Brand matching decides which brand Messenger shows on a website; a custom domain sets the address of a customer-facing site.
Note: Customer Portal appearance, access, and navigation are shared Workspace settings. Adding a brand does not change how the portal looks, who can open it, or which pages appear in the menu.
Change the default brand
Open the brand in Settings → Workspace → Branding
Under Brand actions, click 'Set as default'
The selected brand becomes the fallback identity where no specific brand is configured, and the Customer Portal takes its name, logo, color, and appearance settings from it. Check the customer surfaces that use the Workspace default.
Remove a brand
Open the brand, click 'Delete' under Brand actions, and confirm the deletion. Brand actions are not shown on the default brand.
Important: Deleting a brand cannot be undone. Afterwards, check the customer surfaces that used the brand so they show the identity you intend.
