Overview
Featurebase’s Help Center is unlike any other you’ve seen. It’s seamlessly integrated with your feedback portal, roadmap, and changelog. For example, Featurebase suggests relevant articles to your users during post-creation. You can also answer feedback posts by mentioning help articles.
It has a powerful AI search that answers questions in seconds and a beautiful design that automatically adapts to your organization's theme.
Creating new articles & collections

To create a new help article or collection:
Go to Dashboard → Help Center
Click New Collection / Article on the top right
You can also create new articles under existing collections by clicking the +
icon on the right from them.
Set up a custom domain for your Help Center

A custom domain (e.g. help.yourcompany.com) lets you serve the Help Center using your own domain, offering customers a seamless experience and consistent brand identity.
It also helps your board to appear more trustworthy and professional and impacts your SEO score positively.

Linking to your other sites from your Help Center

You may also want to link to other documentation from your Help Center, such as your API documentation, landing page, or feedback portal.
Supporting multiple languages

You can publish the Knowledge Base in your customers' native languages with multi-language articles and collections.
We’ll automatically show your users the correct version of the Help Center based on their browser’s language settings. They can also switch between languages manually.
