, you can start creating surveys:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Surveys

  2. Click on ‘New Survey’ in the top right corner

  3. Select your desired survey template (you can fully customize it)

  1. Choose a suitable title & description to identify your survey later (shown only to you and the team)

  2. Choose where and to whom you want to show this survey (more detailed guide)

  3. Edit the survey type (optional) and add the title, description, and placeholder that will be visible to the end user

  4. Trigger follow-up questions based on users answers, if needed (more detailed guide)

  1. Click Save Survey on the top right

  2. To start the survey, click on Not Running and then Start

You can pause your surveys any time from the Surveys dashboard by clicking on the ‘Running’ button and selecting ‘Stop.’
