Overview
Surveys are useful for measuring aspects (like customer satisfaction or NPS) that product feedback doesn't show. Once you've embedded surveys into your app, they'll automatically pop up in your web app so users can answer them without visiting another site.
You can create multiple-question surveys and use conditions to move to the next question based on the answers users give.
Each survey type also has a dedicated statistics page to help you visualize results. You can easily view the author's info to help you understand who's behind it.
Setting up the survey widget
To get started with running surveys on your product or website, you first need to set up the survey widget:
👨💻 You'll need to write custom code for this process. If you're uncomfortable with this, share this guide with a technical team member who can assist.

Targeting & segmenting surveys
There are multiple ways to target where and to whom your surveys are shown:
Specific user groups: Focus surveys on particular groups, such as paying customers or new users, to gather feedback from the most relevant users (requires syncing customer data).
Specific URLs: Direct surveys to users visiting certain pages or paths of your site and web app by specifying URLs. For example, you can run surveys on the ‘Thank You’ page only.
CSS selector matches: Use CSS selectors to pinpoint precise elements on your site or web app where the survey should appear.
