Featurebase’s Help Center is unlike any other you’ve seen. It’s seamlessly integrated with your feedback portal, roadmap, and changelog. For example, Featurebase suggests relevant articles to your users during post-creation. You can also answer feedback posts by mentioning knowledge-base articles.
It features a beautiful, customizable design that automatically adapts to your organization's theme and is optimized for usability.
Enabling the Help Center
To get started with your Help Center in Featurebase:
Go to Settings → Help center
Check the ‘Show Help Center from Public Portal’ box
Now, the Help Center is publicly visible to all your users.
Creating new articles & collections
To create a new help article or collection:
Go to the Help Center tab on your Dashboard
Click New Collection / Article on the top right
You can also create new articles under existing collections by clicking the +
icon on the right from them.
Supporting multiple languages
You can publish the Knowledge Base in your customers' native languages with multi-language articles and collections.
We’ll automatically show your users the correct version of the Help Center based on their browser’s language settings. They can also switch between languages manually.

Go to Settings → Help center
Under the Navigation Items, click on the

button on the top right to add a new linkAdd the Name, URL, and icon
