Creating new articles & collections

To create a new help article or collection:
Click New Collection / Article on the top right
You can also create new articles under existing collections by clicking the + icon on the right from them.
Tip: Use our MCP to ask Claude or ChatGPT to draft articles, audit documentation gaps, and identify articles that need updating after product releases.
Set up a custom domain for your Help Center

A custom domain (e.g.Β help.yourcompany.com) lets you serve the Help Center using your own domain, offering customers a seamless experience andΒ consistent brand identity.
It also helps your board to appear more trustworthy and professional and impacts your SEO score positively.
