You can also customize all emails that your users receive with your branding, including your logo and sending & reply-to email addresses.

Starting from the Professional plan, you can also remove the ‘⚡ Powered by Featurebase’ link from all emails using the Whitelabeling add-on.

Customizing your notification emails with a custom logo and reply-to address.

To customize your notification emails:

  1. Go to Settings → Notification Emails

  2. Add your custom sending domain by following this guide (highly recommended for better deliverability)

  3. Add your desired reply-to address

  4. Add your company’s logo

Full email white labeling

Our Enterprise customers can fully white-label all Featurebase emails and remove the ‘⚡ Powered by Featurebase’ links.
