Adding your logo, brand color, and theme

You can edit your feedback portal to fit your brand by changing the name, logo, color, and theme:

  1. Head to Settings → Branding

  2. Choose your logo, color, and featured image for social media

  3. You can also choose a default theme or use a completely custom one

  4. Click Save on the bottom right

Customizing the Feedback Portal’s text

You can also customize almost every key text on your Feedback Portal:

  1. Go to Settings → Feedback

  2. Edit the desired fields under the typography section
