Overview

Filters narrow the Requests you see. Display options control how those results are grouped, ordered, and shown. Save the combination as a view when you want to return to it or share it with your team.

For example, create a view of unassigned bug reports, group it by status, and show the properties your team needs for review.

Find the Requests you need

Open Requests & Insights → Requests and use search or the filter control above the results. Add a field, choose its operator, and select the value you want to include or exclude.

Useful filters include:

  • Status, category, and labels: Focus on a type or stage of work

  • Assignee: Review a teammate's Requests or find unassigned work

  • Dates and ETA: Narrow creation dates or planned delivery

  • Form fields: Find Requests with particular submitted values

  • Customer and company data and segments: Focus on feedback from the relevant audience

Available filters depend on your Workspace and permissions. Use the applied filters above the results to change or remove a condition. Customer and company prioritization explains how to interpret Requester, revenue, and opportunity signals.

Arrange the results

Open Display options in the Requests list.

Group and order Requests

Choose a grouping, such as status, assignee, category, or company. Use ordering to put the most relevant Requests first. For example, group by assignee and order by creation date to review recent work by owner.

You can reorder groups and choose whether empty groups appear. When grouping by status, you can also show or hide individual status groups.

Choose visible properties

Choose which properties appear with each Request, such as Requesters, Impact, assignee, labels, ETA, or revenue. Use Understanding the Impact score when deciding how to read the customer signal.

Control completed Requests

Completed requests controls how far back completed Requests stay in the list. Choose All, Past day, Past week, Past month, or None.

Note: A Status filter for a completed status takes precedence over this option, so the filtered Requests appear regardless of the chosen window.

Save and manage views

Save a view

  1. Set the filters and display options you want

  2. Click 'Create new view' beside the view tabs

  3. Enter the view's name, optional icon, and description

  4. Review its Filters and Display options

  5. Turn on 'Make this view private' if only you should see the saved view

  6. Click 'Create view'

The view appears in the Requests list. Leave the private setting off to make the saved view available to your team.

Tip: Once a view shows the right Requests, you can bulk edit them from the list. To download Request data, use Request exports instead. A view does not export.

Edit or delete a saved view

Open the saved view's menu and edit it to change its name, filters, display options, description, or sharing setting. Click 'Save view' to keep the changes.

Use 'Delete view' to remove the saved view.
