Set up your feedback boards to start categorizing different types of feedback.

What is a board?

Feedback boards are used for categorizing feedback. Here's what you would usually have:

  • 💡 Feature Request

  • 🐛 Bug Reports

  • 📥 Feedback

When users submit feedback, our AI automatically assigns it to the right board. This way, everything is neatly organized in one place, ready for you to prioritize. However, the user can manually overwrite it.

Boards make it easy for you to filter between different types of feedback, such as feature requests or bug reports.


Creating feedback boards

To create new feedback boards:

  1. Go to Settings → Feedback

  2. Click on the ‘New board’ on the top right

  3. Add the name, placeholder, and select suitable privacy options

  4. Click ‘Add Board’ on the bottom right

You can edit and delete all of your feedback boards from the same place in the settings.

Good to know: The only required field is the board name, but it can be useful to add a placeholder text to guide your users in giving feedback.
