You can mention other help center articles intuitively using the @ symbol. This not only makes your content more visually appealing but also helps users notice other relevant guides and preview their descriptions.
Example:

Mentioning articles works throughout Featurebase, allowing you to mention help articles while answering feedback, in changelog releases, and more.
You can also link articles using traditional hyperlinks. Even when using hyperlinks, you don’t have to worry about links breaking after updating the article’s title. The ID stored in the URL ensures that the links continue to function seamlessly.
Good to know: When you change a linked article's title or description, it automatically updates in all mentions, so you don’t have to worry! 😉
