Disabling search engine indexing from settings.

To disable the search engine indexing for different parts of Featurebase:

  1. Go to Settings → Organization Access

  2. Under ‘Public organization’ you can find search engine indexing settings

  3. Disable for desired modules separately (Feedback portal, changelog, help center, roadmap)

Things to note:

  • You can only disable search engine indexing for the Public organization. If you’re using a Private organization, indexing is disabled by default.

  • If you’ve separately restricted access to specific feedback boards & posts, help articles, or changelog releases, their indexing is disabled by default.
