Overview
You can use user segments to fully control which user groups see your feedback boards, changelogs, roadmaps, surveys, and articles.
For example, you may want to show your changelogs only to paying customers or collect feedback only from beta users.
1. User-specific access to feedback boards

You can limit feedback boards to only specific user groups from which you want to collect feedback. For example, if your company has different products, you can create separate boards for them that only the users of that product see.
These boards will appear just like regular public boards for users with access. Those who don’t will not see them at all. Learn to set this up:

2. User-specific access to roadmaps

You can restrict certain roadmaps to only specific user groups for which these are relevant. For example, if your company has different products, you can create separate roadmaps for them that only the users of that product see:

3. User-specific access to changelogs

You can use segmenting to create separate changelog releases and restrict views from certain user groups. Learn to segment changelogs:

4. User-specific access to help articles

5. User-specific surveys

Lastly, you can target your surveys on specific groups, such as paying customers or new users, to gather feedback from the most relevant users. Learn to do that:
