Automatic spam detection

We use a reliable system to automatically detect spam on your Feedback Portal. Suspicious posts & comments are flagged for your manual review before they become publicly visible.

You can review and approve posts from the Moderation tab. If you haven’t enabled Post Moderation or are on the Free plan, you won’t see the Moderation tab by default - it will appear once we detect a spam post.
