The Recent page views tab lets you see which pages a user or lead recently visited on your website while you’re chatting with them in the Inbox.
This helps you understand what the person was doing before reaching out, so you can provide faster and more relevant support.
The information updates automatically and helps you understand the user’s context while chatting. If you want to see more activity, Click ‘See all’ in the tab. The tab shows up to 20 recent page visits.
