It’s important to know how your content is performing so you know how to improve it. From the Help Center analytics, you’ll quickly see what’s popular, which articles are helpful, and most importantly, which articles need improving.
You’ll also see more general data like the total number of unique visitors, page views, and reactions your help center has overall.
You can find your feedback analytics from the Analytics tab →
From there, you can see all the most viewed and best/worst reacted help articles. You can also see their sentiment scores, which are calculated based on reactions.
