FAQ

No, banning currently only works based on email/user ID. However, we plan to add IP-based ban capabilities in the future.

We recommend disabling all Anonymous (no log-in) posting, upvoting, and commenting if you are experiencing problems with people abusing the feedback portal.

If low-quality users are affecting your community severely, we recommend enabling stricter access control to your board. This can be done with features like Single sign-on (SSO) authentication & data sync setup This lets you choose which users have access to your board.

For example, you could restrict access to paying users only, which would significantly cut down on low-quality users.

It’s also important to Set up Identity Verification to prevent ban-evasion methods.
