Sync Private Comments to Jira Tickets
I would like the ability to send private comments from Featurebase posts to the linked Jira tickets. This would help consolidate all relevant internal communication within Jira.

[HubSpot] Subscribe salesperson to the ticket with the user
When sales subscribes prospects to Featurebase posts through the HubSpot integration, they should also be subscribed to the updates themselves to receive notifications when the request is resolved.
Email integration for feedback
Add an option to add feedback by sending it in via email. I.e. the subject line becomes the title and the body the text of the feedback post.
Show Linear issue / project status
It would be useful to display Issue and Project status: in the search form in the linked issue / project block Something similar to Notion:
Wait for moderation approval until sending message and/or creating Linear issue
Currently, Featurebase will create the Issue in Linear and send a notification to Discord even when the Post isn’t approved yet. Since deletion isn’t synced between Linear and Featurebase, the approval process will leave an orphan behind in Linear when a post gets deleted.
Sync estimates from Linear
Hello, I would be great to sync Estimates from Linear with Effort from Featurebase. Or is that possible right now? Thanks!

Pushing posts from Clickup to Featurebase
I see the feature of the integration and that new requests are added in Featurebase and also immediately updated in the linked Clickup list. But is it also possible the other way around? That I add e new request in Clickup and it is pushed to Featurebase? Or does Featurebase always have to be the master of new tasks? As a feedback: This isn't documented in your FAQs and also not visibible in the documentation for the Clickup integration and might be an important question.

Teams want Featurebase support AI to understand their product through their codebase, not only through manually maintained documentation. Allow teams to securely connect selected code repositories so Fibi and Copilot can use code context to: Answer product and technical questions more accurately. Draft better support replies. Help investigate customer-reported issues. Stay current as the product changes. The specific solution could use GitHub, GitLab, Cursor, MCP, or another integration. The core job is to bring the knowledge contained in the codebase into Featurebase.

I want the ability to set a domain-level exclusion (allow/deny list) on the Slack integration (at both the workspace and per-channel level). When an event is processed, if the author's email domain matches our excluded list, Fibi should not ingest the post or trigger AI/automated replies. This is critical for teams with large volumes of internal users who aren't necessarily added as teammates in Featurebase but frequently post in Slack Connect channels, causing Fibi to treat them as end-customers and respond to internal banter or celebratory posts.
