Wait for moderation approval until sending message and/or creating Linear issue

Currently, Featurebase will create the Issue in Linear and send a notification to Discord even when the Post isn’t approved yet.

Since deletion isn’t synced between Linear and Featurebase, the approval process will leave an orphan behind in Linear when a post gets deleted.

    Hey Josef,

    Thanks for bringing this up, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It makes a lot of sense to wait for moderation approval before creating an issue in Linear or sending notifications to Discord. We'll definitely work on adding this feature in the future to prevent those orphan issues from popping up.
