Sync to Linear board based on Featurebase tags

I want to push Featurebase feedback to different Linear teams based on each posts's tag on Featurebase.

    Hey @Bernat Fages,

This can't be set up automatically at the moment, but what you can do is remove the default Featurebase status sync rule and push posts to Linear manually, then you can always specify the corresponding team. (Our new update to the moderation functionality that is coming out in the next few days will also help with this).

Another way you could manage this atm is by setting up a Linear triage, where you review and assign each Featurebase issue to the right team.

However, automating this would be incredibly nice, we'll definitely add this feature when we start working on polishing and refining the integrations.

Also, make sure to configure sync rules for each team to make sure the status syncing properly works for all teams.

Does this work for pushing bug reports to QA, and then Feature requests to Design?

Hey @Thomas Webb, yes the status syncing will continue based on the sync rules configured for each team when pushing issues around different teams.

The tool “UserSnap” allows us to add one Linear integration per board, including setting what lables should be added. What team to send it to and what status on the issue. Even prefix in title. Not all board need an integration and not the same one.

This would be very helpful, then “Bugs” could connect to our bug hunters triage, with a label preset helping with filtering issues coming from Featurebase.
