In addition to the generous free plan, Featurebase comes with a free 10-day trial to test out any paid plans.

You’ll have access to all features on your chosen plan, including Fibi AI Agent and the ability to add as many seats as you need.

After the free trial ends

After the free trial period, you'll get a message in the dashboard, and you'll be able to choose the plan you want to continue with at checkout. You can also choose to include or remove any add-ons.

You don't have to worry about your work getting lost! All data and settings will remain there until payment has been made. Here are the different options you can take after your trial:

1. Upgrade to a paid plan

You can upgrade to a suitable paid plan based on the features you use:

1. Go to Settings → Pricing Plan

2. Choose the suitable plan (compare features here)

3. Choose the number of full seats (also, check out Lite seats)

4. Pick the add-ons (optional)

5. Click ‘Continue to Payment’ and finish the checkout

2. Extend your trial once

Alternatively, you can ask for a trial extension if you still need more time to try Featurebase out:

1. Go to your Featurebase Dashboard (or at the bottom of our help article)

2. Start a live chat from the bottom right

3. Ask the Fibi AI Agent to extend your trial

3. Downgrade to free plan

Lastly, if you’re not ready to upgrade yet - no worries! You can always stay using Featurebase on a free plan:

1. Go to Settings → Pricing Plan

2. Select ‘Downgrade to free’

You can also select ‘Ask for more time’ if you need to try out Featurebase for a bit longer.
