Share a Roadmap link so customers can see your plans, or embed the Roadmap inside your product. The Roadmap's audience and Request visibility rules apply to the shared view.
Share a Roadmap link
Open your Feedback Portal
Open Roadmaps and select the Roadmap you want to share
Copy its URL from the browser
Test the link as an intended customer before sending it
Share this customer-facing URL, which starts with /roadmap on your portal domain. The dashboard Roadmap view in Requests & Insights → Roadmaps is for your team, and its URL does not work as a customer link.
If you use a custom portal domain, copy the link from that domain. Custom domain setup covers domain configuration for all portal products.
Add Roadmaps to your portal navigation
Make Roadmaps easy to find through Customer Portal pages and navigation. You can control which pages appear and how they are labeled.
Note: A navigation link does not grant access to restricted content. The Roadmap's privacy controls still decide who can open it.
Embed a Roadmap in your product
Use the embedded Feedback Portal and select the Roadmap page as its starting view. The embedded portal installation guide contains the implementation options for web pages, and Embed Featurebase into mobile app covers mobile apps.
Identify signed-in customers through user identification and data syncing so Featurebase can apply the correct customer access.
Tip: Check the embedded view with the same customer identity that will use it in your product.
