Overview
The support Inbox comes with powerful search and filtering tools to help you quickly find the right conversations. Whether you're looking for a specific request, user, or company, you can combine keyword search with filters to narrow down your results.
Searching for keywords

Use the search bar at the top of the Inbox to start a search. As you type, matching conversations will appear automatically.
Using filters in your searches

You can refine searches by applying filters like:
State
Assigned teammate or team
User or Company
Brand (if multi-brand is enabled)
Priority
Filters and keywords work together, and you can add multiple filters for precise results
Tip: You can also search without keywords – just apply filters to find what you need.
Results sorting

By default, results are sorted by Relevance, which prioritizes matches based on keyword frequency, exactness, and recency.
But, you can also sort conversations by Recent or Oldest activity using the dropdown at the top right of the results view.
Tip: Search is best for one-off lookups. If you keep running the same filter every day, save it as a Custom Inbox View and pin it to your sidebar – then it’s always one click away.
