What is it
The user segmentation feature allows you to create groups of users based on various rules and then use them to filter through feedback on your boards.
For example, you could create a 'Paying Customers' segment by setting a rule for Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to be greater than zero.
Creating user segments
Go to Dashboard → Users
Click the gear icon near the user segment area and then hit 'New'
Fill in the name of the segment and select the rules
Hit 'Save' and you're done
Filtering with user segments
You can use the created user segments to filter through feedback on your boards.
Just start adding filters and choose one of your user segments:
