This is a complete guide to migrating your feedback from Canny to Featurebase using a .csv file. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes. Let's begin! 🙌

1. Exporting your feedback from Canny
To export all of your feedback from Canny:
Go to your Canny feedback page
Select all boards, statuses, and tags you'd like to export
Hit the Download icon
Good to know: You can use filters to export only the posts you want - they apply to exporting.
2. Importing feedback to Featurebase
To import feedback into Featurebase using a .csv file:
On the Getting Started screen, click Import data.
Upload your feedback data CSV file.
Match the data types (e.g. pick upvotes for score. This might vary depending on the tool you're migrating from.)
Click Next on the top right.
Match post statuses (e.g. pick In Review for open.)
Match boards. If you haven't prepared the ones you need yet, you can create them on the go by typing in the search box and pressing Enter.
Click Start Importing on the top right to begin.
