This is a complete guide to migrating your user feedback from Nolt to Featurebase using a CSV file.
The whole process takes less than 3 minutes. Let's begin! 🙌
In Nolt, go to your board settings and select Export data.
Click CSV
Click Confirm request, and you will receive a link to download your CSV file in your email inbox.
Open the email and hit 'Download your board data'
Importing Feedback to Featurebase
On the 'Getting Started' screen, click Import data 👈
Upload your feedback data CSV file.
Match the data types. For example, pick 'upvotes' for 'score'. This might vary based on the tool you're migrating from.
Click 'Next' on the top right.
Match statuses. For instance, pick 'In Review' for 'open'.
Match boards. If you haven't prepared the ones you need yet, you can create them on the go by typing in the search box and pressing 'enter'.
Click 'Start Importing' on the top right to begin.
