This is a complete guide to migrating your user feedback from Upvoty to Featurebase.

Exporting feedback boards from Upvoty
In Upvoty, go to Boards
Select the feedback board you'd like to export and click Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "Download export file"
Repeat this with all of the boards you wish to export
Upload the file(s) to CloudConvert and convert them from .XLSX to CSV
Importing Feedback to Featurebase
On the 'Getting Started' screen, click Import data 👈
Upload your feedback data CSV file.
Match the data types. For example, pick 'upvotes' for 'score'. This might vary based on the tool you're migrating from.
Click 'Next' on the top right.
Match statuses. For instance, pick 'In Review' for 'open'.
Match boards. If you haven't prepared the ones you need yet, you can create them on the go by typing in the search box and pressing 'enter'.
Click 'Start Importing' on the top right to begin.
