This is a complete guide to migrating your user feedback from UserVoice to Featurebase using a CSV file.

Exporting feedback from UserVoice
In UserVoice, click the settings cog icon in the bottom left corner.
Click General
Find Export Data at the bottom of the page
Select your date range
Click Export
Check your inbox for an email and click on the CSV link to download your data
Importing Feedback to Featurebase
On the 'Getting Started' screen, click Import data 👈
Upload your feedback data CSV file.
Match the data types. For example, pick 'upvotes' for 'score'. This might vary based on the tool you're migrating from.
Click 'Next' on the top right.
Match statuses. For instance, pick 'In Review' for 'open'.
Match boards. If you haven't prepared the ones you need yet, you can create them on the go by typing in the search box and pressing 'enter'.
Click 'Start Importing' on the top right to begin.
