Exporting features from Productboard
You can export all of your features, subfeatures, and data fields into a CSV file using Productboard's API. Here's their official article about it.
Make sure you're signed in to your Productboard workspace
Paste this URL into your browser:
https://[your_workspace].productboard.com/api/features/export
Insert your workspace name into the URL and press enter. (When logged into Productboard, this will be at the beginning of the URL before "productboard.com".)
Check your inbox for an email and click on the link
In the new window, hit 'Download'
Importing Feedback to Featurebase
On the Getting Started screen, click Import data 👈
Upload your feedback data CSV file.
Match the data types. For example, pick 'upvotes' for 'score'. This might vary based on the tool you're migrating from.
Click 'Next' on the top right.
Match statuses. For instance, pick 'In Review' for 'Open'.
Match boards. If you haven't prepared the ones you need yet, you can create them on the go by typing in the search box and pressing 'enter'.
Click 'Start Importing' on the top right to begin.
Congratulations, you're done! 🎉
Tip: Since Productboard doesn't support upvoting, you can link users to existing posts manually instead.
