In addition to changing the buttons’ color of the Public Portal, you can have it in a customizable theme to completely match your brand.
Changing the default light/dark theme
To change the default theme to be dark, light, or match the user’s client:
Go to Settings → Branding
Choose the default theme manually or set it to Client to match the theme of the user’s system.
Click Save on the bottom right
Adding a custom theme
To add a custom theme for your feedback portal:
Go to Settings → Branding
Choose the custom theme option
Change the gray saturation color and level
Click Save on the bottom right
While the custom theme is enabled, the dark, light, and client themes won’t work. The custom theme only works with dark themes, and there’s no light option.
