Deleting your feedback account and data
All Featurebase users can delete their accounts and data by following these simple steps:
While on the live feedback board, click on your profile picture top right
Choose My Profile
3. Click Delete account
4. Complete the safety check, and your account with all of the data is deleted
Note: Deleting your account from the step above will fully delete all of your associated organizations as well.
Deleting your organization's data
To just delete individual organizations without deleting your account, follow these steps:
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone
Click on Delete [Your Organization]
Complete the safety check, and your organization with all of the data is deleted
