Overview

Over the last year, Featurebase has become significantly more powerful. We've grown from a simple feedback tool to a complete support & product suite used across support, product, and GTM teams.
In December 2025, we introduced a new seat-based pricing model to reflect this increased value better and to be more flexible for teams of different sizes: Pricing update (Dec 2025)
✨ Existing customers are grandfathered to the legacy pricing. You can keep it for as long as you’d like, unless you choose to upgrade!
Upgrading to the new pricing

You can stay on your legacy plan for as long as you’d like. If you outgrow it or need more features, you can upgrade to the new pricing:
Go Settings → Pricing Plans → Upgrade Now (on one of the plans)
On the new pricing page, choose the suitable plan (compare features here)
Choose the number of full seats (we also introduced Lite seats, so not everyone needs a paid seat)
Pick the add-ons (optional)
Click ‘Continue to Payment’ and finish the checkout

Legacy pricing table
Featurebase’s legacy pricing (Dec 2025) has five tiers:
Free
Starter ($49/mo)

*These prices are with yearly billing.

Legacy Enterprise plan
In addition to the core plans, the legacy pricing has a custom enterprise tier with custom pricing and the following add-on possibilities:
White-labeling - remove all ‘⚡Powered-By Featurebase’ links from your portal, widgets, and emails. Send emails from your own domain: notifications@feedback.yourdomain.com
Increased email limits - send out 100,000 notification emails per month. (can be increased if needed)
Custom admin roles - set up custom roles for your teammates to limit their access to sensitive user information or specific parts of Featurebase.
Hubspot deals integration - Link Hubspot deals to Featurebase posts to see the Opportunity Value of posts, prioritize the most valuable features & close deals faster.
Azure DevOps integration - turn new feedback from Featurebase into actionable Work Items in Azure DevOps, capture feedback for your existing issues, and keep users automatically updated about their requests.
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) - let your team sign in with their existing Microsoft Entra ID account
Admin SSO - let your team log in using their existing company accounts via your current Single Sign-On (SSO) provider
Personalized onboarding - we’ll help you get everything running smoothly and give you priority support
Old Fibi AI limits
With our legacy pricing, Fibi AI Agent is free but uses token-based limits that depend on your plan. These limits ensure stable performance for all users, while higher-tier plans provide greater capacity for more advanced or frequent workloads.
Our AI pipeline consists of 3 phases:
Main (conversational agent)
Research (delegates tasks and reviews results from a fast researcher)
Fast-Research (creates a summary for the research agent from large amounts of data)
For a rough overview of what the limits look like, you can look at the Main Tokens column and view the estimated conversation count. Research and fast-research token limits should usually not be hit before the main agent.
