Overview
Our plans are designed to give you clarity and flexibility as your needs grow. You can choose from the Free, Growth, Professional, or Enterprise plan, and move between them at any time.
Each teammate who needs to access the admin dashboard requires a seat, and the plan you select determines the seat price.
Professional and Enterprise also include Lite seats for teammates who need limited access.
Seat pricing
The seat price depends on the plan you choose. You can purchase as many seats as you need (no minimums or maximums).
All plans include unlimited support conversations, feedback items, end-users, and survey responses. Visit our pricing page for a detailed breakdown of features included on each plan.
Plan comparison
Free is a great fit for individuals, indie hackers, and freelancers to get started with free live chat, feedback collection, and changelogs.
Growth is a great fit for early startups and small businesses that need core support & feedback tools without complexity.
Professional is designed for fast-growing startups and multi-team orgs that want stronger automation, deeper reporting, and more ways to collaborate.
Enterprise is ideal for large teams that need advanced security controls, multibrand support, and powerful integrations, including tracking feedback from HubSpot prospects and Azure DevOps & AD sync.
Usage-based pricing
Fibi AI pricing - Fibi AI Support Agent is priced at $0.29 per resolution on all plans. This ensures that you only pay when Fibi achieves the outcome you and your customers care about most – resolved support conversations.
Outbound emails pricing - Changelog emails are usage-based, with 5,000 free outbound emails per month and tiered pricing applied beyond that. Support emails are always free.
Automatic AI translations pricing - Featurebase supports fully automatic AI translations into 40+ different languages across the product. Each month includes 250,000 free characters, and you only pay for usage beyond that limit.
Fibi is available on every paid plan, but you won't be billed for Fibi if you’re not using it.
Add-ons
These are all of the possible add-ons:
Copilot unlimited usage ($19/agent/mo) - By default, each teammate can use Copilot in up to 10 conversations per month for free. Beyond that, they need a paid Copilot seat add-on to get unlimited Copilot access.
Whitelabeling ($69/mo) - Remove our ‘Powered by Featurebase’ branding to make the widgets, help center, and feedback portal feel like a natural extension of your product and keep every touchpoint fully aligned with your brand.
