Overview

There are two main ways to use Featurebase with multiple products, depending on how distinct your products are.

  • For very different products, we recommend creating a new Featurebase organization for each. This allows you to customize all settings for each product’s needs. That also means separate pricing for each product. For a custom quote, contact us at support@featurebase.app.

  • For a bit more similar products (e.g., part of one large suite), you can manage them within a single organization using segmented access features, as described below.

For very different products

If your products are unrelated or significantly different, the best approach is to create a separate organization for each one. This allows full control over the setup and individual settings for each organization.

You can quickly switch back and forth between these orgs from the top-left toggle on your dashboard, making it very convenient.

Note: Each organization requires a separate plan. Feel free to contact us for a custom quote at support@featurebase.app.

For less different products

You can manage less different products within a single organization by giving users access to only what’s relevant to them.

You can create separate user segments for each product and control users access to feedback boards, changelogs, help articles, and more. Users will only see content related to the products they have access to.

This allows you to manage everything in one place while ensuring users only see what's relevant to them.
