I’m looking to migrate our NPS surveys to Featurebase. With our current tool, we are able to get real-time responses shared in our Slack #feedback channel for things like churn surveys, Featurebase requests, and NPS responses. Our product team is usually in there every day and we reach out to customers based on their feedback. We would really miss this feature if we were to migrate without it.
