Optional steps for Surveys
When creating multiple steps/pages in a survey, it would be great to have the possibility to make a step/page optional for users. Give them the ability to skip the question and not be blocked from the rest of the questions

This is especially essential for our quick surveys with follow-ups. For example, we want to get as many CSAT responses as possible, but since the next page is an open feedback option, if people don’t want to enter anything, we may get fewer submitted responses.

I completely agree!
Just fyi, we have purposefully designed the surveys so that if a customer only answers the first question and closes the second, the first answers still get saved.
That doesn’t help much, though, with 3+ question surveys, as if they don’t want to answer the 2nd one, they never end up on the 3rd one.

That's still great to know that answers are saved as they go. That meets our needs!
