Global/Unified Changelog for Multiple Organizations

I want a feature that allows for a Global/Unified Changelog that can pull updates from multiple Featurebase organizations. This is needed because I have to use separate organizations for data isolation between teams, but this prevents me from having a single, public-facing Changelog for all product updates.
