How to manage your Featurebase subscription
Learn how to change plans and manage your seats and add-ons.

Overview
You can access all of your pricing and billing settings from Settings → Pricing Plans. From there, you can:
View and change your plan or add-ons
Update your payment information
Update billing email
View billing history, such as past invoices and charges
Purchase a subscription

Start by choosing a plan that fits your needs in Featurebase by visiting our pricing page. Once you’ve chosen a plan, click the Buy Now button
Go to Settings → Pricing Plan
Choose the suitable plan (compare features here)
Choose the number of full seats (also, check out Lite seats)
Pick the add-ons (optional)
Click ‘Continue to Payment’ and finish the checkout

View all of your usage

You can view all of your seats + Fibi AI usage during the current billing cycle and set alerts and hard limits from Settings → Pricing plans.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

It’s super simple to upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
Go to Settings → Pricing Plans
Click ‘Change plan’
Choose the new plan (or any add-ons)
Complete the checkout, and your account will be upgraded/downgraded to the new plan
Notes:
Upgrades will be enabled immediately and billed on a prorated basis.
For monthly plans, downgrades typically take effect before the next billing cycle. If the deadline for the current billing cycle has passed, you can still make changes that will take effect in the next cycle
Downgrades from a monthly plan with Lite seats to one without (e.g. from Professional to Growth) will convert all Lite seats to full seats.
For annual plans, downgrades will be scheduled when your subscription is due to renew.
If you pay yearly and downgrade your plan, you'll see that the change is scheduled when your subscription is due to renew. While upgrading or adding features is possible mid-contract and will take effect immediately, reducing features or downgrading your plan is only possible at the end of your annual contract term.
Managing add-ons

You can also add or remove add-ons (like whitelabeling) from Settings → Pricing Plans.
Add-ons will be enabled immediately and billed on a prorated basis.
Managing seats

To add or remove seats from your subscription, you'll need to:
Go to Settings → Team members
Add a teammate (which adds a seat) OR
Remove a teammate (which removes a seat)
Reducing the number of seats on your plan will not affect the features available, as long as you remain on the same plan. You can also change seat types (e.g., from full to lite seats) to optimize your subscription.
Notes:
If you remove a teammate who was using a seat you've already paid for the year, you'll still be charged for this seat until your next renewal.
For monthly plans, removing teammates adjusts your invoice to reflect the reduced seat count moving forward, with charges prorated based on when the seat was removed.
For annual contracts, seats can be added anytime during the year, but reducing the number of seats is only available at the end of the annual contract term.
Any assigned messages will move to the 'Unassigned' inbox. Reassigned conversations retain their history and remain accessible to customers.
The Growth Plan requires active teammates for all seats. To reduce unnecessary seats and costs, remove unneeded teammates before proceeding with any seat adjustments.
Customers in the Early Stage Startup Program have fixed seat bundles that cannot be modified mid-term, though feature access permissions can be managed from Settings → Team members.
