Audit log / change history for feedback posts
Requesting a per-post activity log showing who changed what and when: status changes, merges, edits, deletions, assignee changes, etc. Important for larger teams that need accountability and traceability over how feedback is triaged and prioritized, especially with multiple admins working the same boards.

View action history within posts
I want to be able to see a history of actions (who edited, deleted, or changed status) directly within the post itself. This is important for accountability and tracking changes over time.

Log which admin approved a post from moderation to go public in the activity feed
It would be really helpful to see which admin approved the post to go public from the moderation. At the moment I have to guess which of my colleagues I should ask.

Reassignment History / Audit Log for Assignments
I want to be able to see a track record or audit log of who reassigned a post or conversation to a team. Currently, there is no history of these assignment changes, which makes it hard to track who performed the action.

It would be great to add a log section that records and displays the history of activities performed by each admin.

We currently already have the Activity Feed that let's you see when someone changed a posts status or merged a post:
What other activities are you looking to view in the history? We would be open to adding some extra ones that may be useful to everyone.

Hey, adding my voice here. I would like a complete history log on every single post. Myself and multiple admins touch these feedback posts. Sometimes a status gets changed or an ETA gets changed. I need one place to see the edit history, so I know exactly who/when something changed to Rejected, or when it’s ETA was changed.
