Integrate with WhatsApp Business to enable it as a support channel within Featurebase, allowing users to receive and manage support requests via WhatsApp.
We're really excited about Featurebase and are planning to use it as our main support system. For us, the WhatsApp Business integration is essential. Many of our customers use WhatsApp as their primary communication channel, so being able to receive and manage support requests through it would be a huge benefit.
Is there any update on when this might be picked up? We hope this request can be prioritized 🙏
Thanks for all the great work so far!

Hi@Martijn Teuwsen , how do you now make sure your messages on WA are integrated in Featurebase ?

Here the same. Features such as making an internal note and tracking as a post are missing in WhatsApp. Also with the integration our support employees only need to access Featurebase (unified inbox).
The only problem would be connecting Whatsapp users (phone numbers) to existing Featurebase users / companies. I think this should be done manually.

+1 for this! I want to migrate from Crisp to FeatureBase because it has more features that I need integrated into the same software, but at the same time it lacks one critical feature that I need which is WhatsApp integration…

Claude, code this into existence please. This is a major way customers interact with support.

Hey team, we really need this. This would be a huge upgrade for us to centralize all support under featurebase.
As an MSP, we use WhatsApp extensively with our customers for quick and informal communication. Our customers are accustomed to reaching us via WhatsApp for fast answers, with follow-ups via email if needed. Integrating WhatsApp would provide a faster and more convenient support channel for our users.

I just recommended Featurebase to a friend and he says that this is a blocked to work with Featurebase. He works a lot with B2C.
