Also would be great if you could add images to the articles listing cards.

    Hello, could you add tabs?

    Here’s an example from docusaurus.

I wanted to share some feedback and a request that could really help us make the most of your platform.

At the moment, our documentation feels quite limited in terms of visual styling and brand personalization. While the core functionality is solid, the lack of design flexibility makes it difficult to create content that truly reflects our brand’s personality and engages our audience.

Here are a few specific challenges we’re facing:

    • Font and color restrictions prevent us from aligning with our brand guidelines.

    • No support for custom bullets, emojis, or inline images, which limits our ability to add visual interest and clarity.

    • Images added for headers or visual flair remain clickable, which confuses users and feels like a glitch.

    • No support for custom layouts or interactive elements, which makes the pages feel static and uninspired.

We’d love to see more variation and creative freedom in the platform—things like:

    • Expanded font and color options

    • Support for custom bullets, emojis, and inline visuals

    • Ability to embed videos or interactive HTML sections

    • Control over image behavior (e.g., disabling clickability)

    • Flexible layout tools to break away from the standard structure

    • When adding links being able to link targets, not everything wants to be opened in a new page

These enhancements would allow us to create documentation that’s not just informative, but also visually engaging and uniquely ours. It would help us bring our brand to life and make the experience more enjoyable for our users.

We’re really excited about the potential here and would love to explore how we can work together to make this happen. Let me know if this is something we can discuss further!

Option to hide the sidebar in the Help Center

I want to be able to hide the sidebar in the Help Center to have more space for the articles.

I’d like to add to this:

    - multiple base layouts to chose from (similar to Mintlify - see their docs)
    - different header/footer designs
    - custom css option for us to make it a pixel perfect match with our brand

    - same goes for custom fonts
    - let us add a custom favicon
    - let us add our full logo (not just the avatar used as logo)

Those are just some ideas that come to mind when thinking about design customization

I love this idea! One of the things that I really would love to see if custom CSS so that I can really fine tune the KB to match our normal design flows.

I also wish I had the ability to do would be with the column option. I wish I could have more than just 2 beside each other.

The last thing that would be helpful is to increase the width of the article to my preference. This is similar to a function that I have found super handy in Confluence so that I can make sentences look cleaner on the guide.
