Train/correct Fibi AI on its existing answers

Fibi AI Agent

Allow teams to select existing AI answers and use them as training signals for future responses by clicking “Improve answer” and inserting the ideal answer.

This would let teams tell Fibi “this is the correct answer” and have it respond similarly next time, without needing to update help articles or add separate guidance.

    Hey everyone!

    You can now improve a specific Fibi answer directly from the conversation. When Fibi answers customers, teammates can now click ‘Improve answer’, describe what went wrong, and use Fibi's suggestions to update the source content.

    Fibi can point to the Help Center passage it used, suggest an article change, or turn the correction into a Q&A snippet in Training Data. Each correction improves future answers on the same topic, so your team can keep Fibi accurate from real customer conversations.
