Support 'Select' & 'Multi-select' attribute types for user data

It’s crucial that we support 'Select' & 'Multi-select' type of attributes where you can create multiple options to chose from.

The attribute options for ‘Users’ and ‘Companies’ should be the exact same as Conversation Data Attributes:

    URLs would be nice too.

    Right now we send them to text fields and if you hover you can see the URL but would be nice to skip that.
