Hey! Just a heads up — you can already do all of this through our brand new Featurebase MCP server 🎉

Connect the Writer connector to Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor (or any MCP client), and you can bulk edit, delete, draft, publish, and re-organize Help Center articles into collections — all in plain English. Stuff like:

    • "Move all articles tagged 'billing' into the Billing collection"

    • "Find every article that mentions our old pricing and update it to the new one"

    • "Publish all draft articles in the Onboarding collection"

    • "Delete every article older than 2 years that hasn't been updated"

It's built directly on top of our public API, so anything the API can do, an AI agent can now do for you in a conversation — no scripts, no UI bulk-select needed.

Setup takes a couple of clicks: Settings → MCP, pick Writer, install the connector for your AI tool of choice. Available on the Professional plan.

We're still keeping the in-dashboard bulk actions on the roadmap as Planned for folks who'd rather click than chat — but if you want this today, MCP is the fastest path. Let me know if you give it a try!

I don’t see that option “MCP” in the settings.

Will a Claude connector come as well, or is this the best way?

Hey @Maximilian Hoppe, it should be available from there:

Is it not appearing like that on your end?

        Oh there!
Yes I can see it now. In the original it was on the Dev-Page.

        Thanks!
