This is a great step in the right direction, but it would be good to see more AI tools (such as an MCP server) so that I can connect it with my AI agent and have it analyze a page and write or update a help article. Making updates based on changelogs alone may not be enough since those posts are usually information and not instructional.
The idea of identifying gaps in documentation and suggesting updates based on what AI cannot auto-triage is gold 🏅

GitHub syncing to update product docs
I'm migrating from GitBook and we use GitHub syncing to update our documentation from the repo to our Help Center. I don't think FeatureBase has this feature yet, but a sync feature with Markdown files in a repo would be incredibly helpful.

This one is big for us. Toying with moving entirely to GitBook because of this feature alone. Trying to see if there’s a way to use the Featurebase API to set up some sort of sync in the meantime.

Hi @Logan Deyo, some sort of a sync mechanism could definitely be done with our Help Center API - one way could be calling the endpoints via Github actions.

@Erik Kaljumäe - Any chance that we could get an open source example of how to do this with GitHub actions? It would be great to see an example file structure and
workflow.yamlto sync everything. We’re considering creating a custom solution, but a Featurebase sponsored community solution makes more sense if this isn’t going to become an in-product capability.Erik Kaljumäe

We can definitely look into creating something like that.

This would be good to suggest updates in documentation. Documentation is usually the last item to get updates (in a startup environment) and will be the least updated even though it is the first thing the user sees.
