This would be a great feature for AI-assisted help center. Would really set featurebase apart from other platforms.

@Bruno from Featurebase Would really appreciate the ability to be able to export our articles as an administrator to be able to share it with customers and maintain our own archive. This is like the topmost requirement for us. Would appreciate if you have timelines on this one please.

We are not yet ready to provide a timeline for this. As a workaround, you can currently use our API to export the results: https://docs.featurebase.app/help-center
I think this would potentially be more useful than an AI help center feature.
This allows devs to drop in their exports to Cursor in their codebase, then look for gaps.

I agree with this 100% @trucorp . I made a mistake earlier and I lost all my updates to an article I was working on. I’d like to be able to shelve articles as exports or drive them directly from a Github repo (markdown files). @Bruno from Featurebase thoughts on this one?
