Assigning posts to internal team members is a useful way to divide work and stay organized. Once assigned, your teammate will be notified about it in their Featurebase inbox.

You can also filter feedback by assignees to find your or your colleagues’ tasks.

How to assign posts to teammates

To assign a post to your teammate:

1. Open the desired post

2. Click on the Assignee field on the right-hand panel

3. Type in your teammate’s name and click on their profile

Now, the post is assigned to your teammate, and they’ll be notified about it.
