The user segmentation feature allows you to create groups of users based on various rules and then use them to filter through feedback, create targeted changelogs, and more.
For example, you could create a 'Paying Customers' segment by setting a rule for Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to be greater than zero. You can also sync custom attributes to segment users based on your specific needs.
