Different methods of sorting your inbox can be very useful for maintaining focus and staying on top of the most relevant conversations. You can use the following sorting options in your Inbox:
Recent activity (default) – See conversations based on the most recent activity, ensuring that the most recently updated conversations are always at the top. Activity can be messages, bot responses, snoozes, reopens, and notes – basically, anything that touches the conversation. Great for staying on top of what’s actively moving.
Oldest activity – See conversations that haven’t had any activity in the longest time (messages, notes, etc.). Perfect for catching anything that’s been left behind or fallen through the cracks.
Recently created – Sort by when conversations were first started. The most recently started conversations appear at the top, making it easy to see and address new requests.
Waiting longest – Shows conversations where users have been waiting the longest for a reply from your team. It tracks from their first message (after your last reply), and ignores bots, notes, or follow-ups. Great for making sure no one’s left hanging.
Highest priority – Puts conversations marked as “Priority” right at the top. Within that, it still sorts by most recent activity. Helpful when you want to focus on the most important stuff first, without missing what’s new.
