Custom fields for the post form
Create custom fields for the feedback form to collect additional information about users' issues.

Custom fields enable you to collect the necessary extra information from your users (e.g. app version, product area, etc). You can later use them to filter posts.
Custom fields can vary for different boards. For example, on the π Bug Reports board, you can ask for usersβ Operating System and App version while asking completely different things on the π‘ Feature Requests board.
You can also collect feedback for multiple products by requiring users to select the appropriate product.
There are 5 input options available:
Text fields
Checkboxes
Number fields
Multiple option selection
Single option selection
P.S. Custom fields also work on all of the feedback widgets.
Setting up custom fields

Click on the New Custom field on the top right
After you've created the fields, go to Settings β Feedback β Boards & Typography
Edit any of the boards you wish to apply the custom fields to
Choose the desired custom fields for each board.
