This is a complete guide to migrating your feedback from Nolt to Featurebase using a .csv file. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes. Let's begin! 🙌

1. Exporting your feedback from Nolt

To export all of your feedback from Nolt:

1. In Nolt, click on Settings on the top right

2. Scroll down and click Export data

3. Select export using .csv file

4. Click Confirm request, and you’ll receive a link to download your CSV file in your email inbox

5. Open the email and hit Download your board data

2. Importing feedback to Featurebase

To import feedback into Featurebase using a .csv file:

1. On the Getting Started screen, click Import data.

2. Upload your feedback data CSV file.

3. Match the data types (e.g. pick upvotes for score. This might vary depending on the tool you're migrating from.)

4. Click Next on the top right.

5. Match post statuses (e.g. pick In Review for open.)

6. Match boards. If you haven't prepared the ones you need yet, you can create them on the go by typing in the search box and pressing Enter.

7. Click Start Importing on the top right to begin.
